I have lived and worked in the area since 1999 and now live in Oswestry. I enjoy all aspects of the veterinary job especially dermatology and general surgery. Outside of work I have 3 boys who are rapidly growing up and are involved in sport in a big way. As a family we like to walk our Labrador Woody (– who you’ll meet when you come to the surgery as he likes to come to work with me), play golf and if my son gets his way… watch Game of Thrones!
I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2016, last year I returned to nursing at The Market Town Vet after maternity leave. I have jumped straight back in my role as an RVN which I love and enjoy now more than ever. I am trained as a clinical coach meaning one day The Market Town vet will be able to help bring another nurse into the profession. Outside of work I spend my time with my family and two Labradors, Milly and Tweed.
I’m Claire originally from West Felton but more recently living in Oswestry. I have always had a huge love for animals and kept many pets since childhood from Hamsters and Rabbits to Dogs. When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my family and Tia, our Cocker Spaniel who is 7years old. She loves to play fetch!
I'm Amanda and was born in Oswestry and have lived here most of my life. I have four grown up children and a 5 year old who keeps me on my toes! I Also have a Grandson Freddie whom I adore. I have two Westies, Molly and Angus who also keep me on my toes! When I do get some spare time I like to spend it with my family and friends and also enjoy running!
