What are your clinic’s operating hours and do you offer emergency services?

Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 6.00pm. Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30am. No Out of Hours Services – Calls diverted to Out of Hours provider.

How often should I bring my pet in for routine check-ups and vaccinations?

Routine vaccinations required every 12 months. 6 month ‘Health Check’ offered as part of our Health Plan.

What types of preventative care options do you recommend for my pet’s health?

Routine vaccinations for dogs, cats and rabbits. Regular parasite (Flea & Worms) control.

What payment options do you accept, and do you offer pet insurance guidance?

We accept cash & card payments. Direct debits for Health Plan subscriptions. We also offer interest free ‘Klarna’ payments as a way of spreading costs of pre-planned veterinary procedures. We offer 4 weeks ‘Free’ insurance cover with Pet Plan but also offer guidance when looking to purchase Veterinary Pet Insurance.
