The Market Town Vet Refund Policy

At The Market Town we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care and client service. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Consultation and Examination Fees
  • Consultation and examination fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  1. Procedures and Treatments
  • If a procedure or treatment is cancelled before it has been started, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on any preparation or materials already used.
  • Once a treatment or procedure has begun, refunds cannot be issued.
  1. Medications and Prescription Products
  • Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for any medications (including prescription diets) once they have left the clinic, due to regulatory and safety reasons.
  • If a dispensing error is made by the clinic, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  1. Services Not Rendered
  • If you are charged in error or a service was not rendered as scheduled, please notify us within 7 days. We will investigate promptly and issue a refund where appropriate.
  1. Special Considerations

We understand that emergencies and exceptional situations can arise. Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at management’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
